We've all been there, you wake up with a nagging sensation of shame and guilt after a night out clubbing. The last three numbers you called on your phone are numbers you have never seen, and they have got names like Charlie Small-Nuts, Ravey Davey and Bouncy Mc-Sprite. Then all off a sudden bang! You have a vague recollection of being in cab grabbing the radio shouting calling all cars, calling all cars and making a noise like a siren. That might explain why your legs feel they walked the last 3 miles of your journey.

You walk downstairs and your house is littered with what looks like impulse buys from a garage, quite what you want with a jumbo sponge, a set of jump leads and 42 packets of cheesy wotsits is anyone's guess. You become aware of other groaning casualties, which you recognise as your friends. Wait, who the hell is that wearing a pair of spandex disco trousers on their head, you've never seen them before in your life. After a couple of seconds you come to the conclusion that it must be Charlie Small-Nuts.

What happened here, well it's simple, everyone unleashed their shame beast (shame beasts love house music). They are great little fellow's but they like to make a mess, and after the sun comes up they scuttle back into your head and play the drums on your brain for the rest of the day. Don't be ashamed of your shame beast, nurture it. We suggest you bring your shame beast along to one of our nights; it's a safe environment to let the little monster run wild.
